We've recently undertaken displays at RAF Odiham Families days and RAF Brize Norton Families day where one of our pilots is a serving C17 pilot, both events were extremely succesful and we're now looking forward to the RAF Scampton airshow on 9th-10th September.
In mid August we conducted a very succesful training day, which gave our aircrews the opportunity to practice formation flying, confined area manoeuvres, our groundcrews were introduced to aerial navigation and everyone undertook a mandatory aircraft marshalling exercise.
The RAF Scampton show on 9th-10th September looks set to be a spectacular event and our preparation for it is complete. Andy and Russ have undertaken a futher display authorisation under the watchful eye of the CAA and we hope to provide a worthwhile contribution to the show's success.
Unfortunately the organisers of the Jersey air display have declared that they no longer have an interest in our attendance at their show, which is a shame as we were looking forward to it, nonetheless we wish them well and hope that we may be a little more succesful in 2018.
