Short Finals into 2026

jim-leaves-the-door-openThere was more industrious activity at Squadron Headquarters late last week as we undertook our annual revalidation and rehearsals for the coming, 2026 season.

Under the watchful eye of CAA assessors the team were tested over a two day period, first in theory and then in practice. Once again the aircraft never let us down, testimony of course to the outstanding services and maintenance of the engineers at Falcon Aviation.

The ground-crew weren't idle either as they also got to fine tune their procedures in a very busy, live environment.

The outcome was a big fat tick in the box for everyone and the team is now "Display Ready" for the 2026 season - Which conveniently starts this coming weekend (30/05/26) at Shuttleworth "Wings and Wheels". Shuttleworth's show's are always a superb day out for everyone.

June looks like being a lean month but the season gets a busier throughout July, please remember to keep an eye on our Facebook page and Events Calendar for regular updates.

First-4-ship-of-26  Naomi House - our chosen charity has recently changed it's name to "Naomi and Jack's." to better reflect the service that it offers but still continues to do wonderful things for life limited children and young adults.

If you see us out and about in 2026 please don't be afraid to come and say hello - we're an amiable bunch!
